Details
This proposal shall cover design, lay out, raw material, installation and commission of assembling plant of solar panel on the turn-key basis. The capacity of the assembling plant is 1 MW/year, in consideration of 80% uptime and single shift of operation.
1 MW production line is designed based on the company's specific facilities and your requirement.
It includes:
1. The conditions of workshop and infrastructure are requested;
2. Major performance on installation and equipment index by turn-key project is provided;
3. The movement of the basic craft route of production line;
4. The commercial conditions of turn-key project;
5. The buyer should provide not only the installation, the trial running conditions, but also the tool of instrumentation equipment and the personnel constitute;
6. Technical training part is carried out by the supplier;
7. The accomplished standard, the approval and the connection of turn-key project;
8. Calculation cost including raw materials, equipment and etc.
The performances to start the production line:
1. The service to replace and maintain the certain equipment.
2. All equipments would be made from HAIAI Co.Ltd and our cooperative companies. (Our company, JIANGSU HAIAI Co.Ltd. is responsible to purchase related equipment).
Workshop:
1. A general Workshop composes a raw material storehouse, a product storehouse, the storehouse for spare parts, the locker room, the exhibition room for visitors and so on, (our company will design lay-out paper in accordance to your firm’s request .)
A General workshop: 500-800 square meter.
Requirements in storehouse: The ambient temperature 25 ℃, Humidity must be controlled.
2. Infrastructure:
(1) Power source: 3 phase 5 line, more than 45 KW;
(2) Water supply: less required.
(3) Air source: 0.8-1.2MP compressed air;
(4) Environment: (enclosed, dust-proof, anti-skid, temperature);
(5) The main production site layout plans.
The basic production programe in production line.
1. Preparation: the preparation of raw materials would be put in place.
2. Soldering cell: cell testing of sub-file, and soldering together to form the cell string.
3. Cutting materials: EVA. TPT. soldering zone convergence rules designed for cutting the size.
4.Laying: when all materials are prepared well according to the technical requirements, stack them in order.
5. Laminating: laminate them in the lamination machine.
6. Framing: trimming solar panel into junction box, curing, and finally cleaned.
7. Testing: Testing laminated solar panel after all
8. Quality tests: IV curves and high-voltage isolation are carried out in the process.
9. Warehousing: qualified storage products.

Layout
We design the factory layout showing different machines for smooth production. The layout should show the all the machines including the store and office area in proposed layout plan.
Installation
We send engineer or technicians to buyers factory to install machine.All expenditure on travel, food, accommodation and transportation of our engineers/ technicians for installation will be borne by buyer. REOO company borne the salary of engineer.
Training
We supply both overseas and local training to the engineers and technicians on operation and maintenance. buyer borne air tickets, lodging, food and training material .
Minimum 12 (twelve) months warranty of all products and services .guarantee for the spares and required maintenance or replacement support are to be provided . Buyer borne the cost of the material for parts of maintenance.
Payment Terms:
50% of the contract value be pay by T/T advanced.
45% of the contract value be pay by T/T before shipment. or, pay be L/C at sight against :Bill of lading， Invoice， Packing note。
5% of contract value of the equipment payment shall be released on production of acceptance certificate from consignee after completion of the installation and acceptance.
Insurance:
We borne insurance of goods under contract from the time these are loaded on board the ship.
Taxes and Duties:
Buyer shall pay all taxes and duties, payable under government laws, for all goods and materials imported under the contract into any port .
Packing:
All the equipment, tools, accessories and goods be suitably packed. All packages are liable to be opened for Customs examination and packing shall therefore be designed to facilitate opening and repacking thereafter. Each package shall have the shipment information printed on it in bold letters.
Manuals/Documents:
Operational and maintenance manuals of all equipment is in English, along with a soft copy in a CD (compatible version: MS Word/ PDF).
Backup spares
We supply essential backup spares/ items beyond warranty periods. Buyer borne the cost.
Raw material:
We supply all the material for production solar panel from China for trial production and formal production, buyer pay for the cost.
The total consume for electricity power: 45 KW, 3 Phase , 5 line .
